Mindola Software (“Mindola”) understands that your personal information is sensitive, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting our website, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

What does this privacy policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information that we gather when you are on our website and when you use Mindola Software’s services.

This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

What personal information about users do we collect?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience. We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website. We do not process this information in a way that is incompatible with the purpose for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you.

We collect the following types of information from our users:

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with Mindola through an integrated service, such as Google Classroom, as controlled through your settings on that service. If you choose to provide such information, during registration or otherwise, Mindola will treat the information as Personal Information and will use it in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Information from Google Classroom – SuperNotecard’s Teacher Tools enable teachers to import their Google Classroom classes and students. To grant Google Classroom students full access to SuperNotecard’s writing features as part of the SuperNotecard class grouping, Mindola collects student email addresses. We automatically receive and record certain “traffic data” on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends and administer the website. We may also display the total times that page has been viewed. This includes member profile pages.
